Welcome to Gathered Love. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of our keepsake film services ("Services"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Gathered Love collects video messages and photos submitted by people you invite, and edits them into a finished keepsake film according to the package you purchase. We are a service, not a software platform: editing, music, titling, quality checks, and delivery are performed by us.
You agree to share the collection link only with people you know and trust, to obtain the consent of contributors (and, for contributors under 18, the consent of their parent or guardian) for their appearance in the film, and to provide accurate order information and deadlines.
Your videos, photos, and messages are private. We treat every clip as confidential family material. Specifically:
You and your contributors keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant Gathered Love a limited, non-exclusive license to copy, edit, and process that content only as needed to produce and deliver your film. The finished film is yours to keep, play, and share for personal, non-commercial use. Licensed music in the film is cleared for personal use only.
Packages, rush delivery, extra clips, late additions, and additional revision rounds are priced as shown on our website at the time of order. Payment is due before editing begins. We take on a limited number of films per week; your date is reserved when payment is received.
Your finished film is delivered within 5 days of your submission deadline (48 hours for rush orders) via a private download link. Each package includes one round of revisions requested within 14 days of delivery. Additional revision rounds are charged as listed on our website.
Because each film is custom work, payments are non-refundable once editing has begun. If you cancel before your submission deadline closes, we will refund your payment minus a 15% reservation fee. If we fail to deliver your film by the promised date for reasons within our control, you may choose a full refund or a 20% discount.
We reserve the right to decline or remove content that is unlawful, hateful, or that infringes the rights of others. We may decline any order at our discretion with a full refund.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for content submitted by contributors.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect on the date of your order applies to that order.
